Justice arrives: Three cops among five indicted for obstructing federal hate-crime investigation in Shenandoah, PA
When I hear this kind of crap I get very tired and very angry. It is not shocking that the young murdering malfeasance were acquitted.
Let’s check off the deciding factors. 1) small town, check, 2) mostly white, check, 3) Jury of all whites, check, 4) they are young boys, check, 5) didn’t mean no harm, check and 6) the victim was non white, triple check. May the whole racist town burn in hell (well not the non racist of course). You know you’re in America when killing someone over skin color, ethnic background, sexual life style or religion is acceptable if your living in the right little town and happen to have murdered someone outside of the town’s skin color preference.
Thank goodness for the new federal hate crimes. Now three officers and the two racist teenagers have been indicted for hate crimes. Life of white washing is not so easy anymore.
This is why we needed to pass the federal bias-crime law. To keep people like these two ass holes (Derrick Donchak and Brandon Piekarsky) from getting a free ride after murdering someone, just because they thought they could.
