You would think with the state of affairs that the republicans party is in, with no clear leadership — exception to Limbaugh, Teabaggers, and Becky-po — and no clear message or ideas, the republicans would at least take time to try to re-establish themselves.  Not so.  Once again they are participating in what they do best, cater to big business.

As part of an effort dubbed “Sell the Fight,” House Republican leaders have met privately with corporate executives and lobbyists to argue that their giving has tilted too far toward Democrats and that they need to steer more money to industry-friendly GOP candidates in key races in 2010.

“These corporate leaders and lobbyists have got interests and clients they need to look out for, and they are reading the tea leaves just like everyone else,” said Rep. The GOP Let Loose The Clowns

Of course when you throw in reality, all of Rove’s bullshit insight regarding the primaries fades into the parallel universe where it belongs.  What stands out like a sore thumb is how the GOP refuse to speak about the only election that really mattered, PA12, where it was an election between a democrat and a republican.  The democrat won.  The republican lost.  The district was a swing district and have a healthy history of going either way.  Hell they had voted for McCain.

What happened?  All this republican talk of taking congress back seems to have fallen apart, at least in that district.  Honestly, I could barely see people really wanting to put the party of do nothing, fringe members and obstruction back at the helm.

Needless to say the Rand Paul winning is turning into some serious psycho shit.  Every time Rand Paul opens his tea bagging mouth, he sounds more and more like an idiot.  I guess Rand Paul represents a tea baggers wet dream, after all they love Palin so what’s one more racist idiot?

Specter is a case unto himself, who obviously did not have the president’s back like he thought.  The president dissed him at the end.  Besides what democrat wanted Specter?  He was a damn republican for 30 years.  Guess there wasn’t enough old folks to push him into victory.

Since super Tea Bagger, Rand Paul, won the republican primary the other night and showed that, yes, tea baggers are some racist motherfuckers; but Rand Paul put out a statement that he is in disagreement with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (private businesses should have the right to be bigots and racist).  Where do these tea bagging ass wipes come from?  Caves?
